Waterfront Approvals Made Easy
Brook & Byrne Waterfront Constructions returns to provide new clients with a full range of Waterfront Planning Services. Brook & Byrne have been gaining consent for clients over the last 25 years. Catherine Smythe, known as Cath, has trained many of the planners that are currently working for other Waterfront Companies. Cath gave many of the planners directly from University and taught them the hardest approval process there is! We'd love to hear from you to see if we can achieve your ideas for your waterfront structures.
The History of
Brook & Byrne
Brook & Byrne built many iconic waterfront structures on Sydney Harbour
Brook & Byrne Waterfront Constructions was established in 1992 and started with the construction of large commercial projects and the first being Pyrmont Bridge that spans across Darling Harbour. This contract was the reconstruction of the Heritage Listed bridge over a period of 3 years. After this there was a further six years of replacement of smaller parts of the bridge.
Brook & Byrne then went on to build the Darling Habour Boardwalk over a period of 2 years. As a point of interest Darling Harbour, as known as Cockle Bay started its lif as a commercial shipping yard.
Brook & Byrne then went on to build many more Iconic Structures on Syndey Habour that can be found on our Iconic Structures Page
